ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

EACH FOCUS SUITE CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES:

• NUMEROUS CONFERENCE, CLASSROOM, TRAINING, & “LIVING ROOM” SETUPS
• ULTRA-QUIET OBSERVATION ROOMS. Double observation glass and sound abated walls allow you to talk or laugh at normal volume – or loudly, participate in teleconference with loud speaker volume during research, even play loud music! No overflow into the focus rooms.
• BROADCAST QUALITY VIDEO CONFERENCING AND INTERACTIVE VIDEO STREAMING (you can see, hear and converse with “stay-at-home” colleagues who are also watching the research on their home or office computers) to multiple U.S. and Int'l locations; probably more reasonably priced than you may be used to!
• FIXED AND REMOTE ZOOM CAMERAS IN EACH FOCUS SUITE. Zoom cameras can be operated remotely by our operator, or by your personnel, using a “joy stick” module.  This feature eliminates “video whiplash” caused by voice sensitive cameras, and gives you the option of complete control, the privacy of no 3rd party camera operator distraction in the focus room, and no 3rd party in your observation room to overhear your conversations during your research.
• SESSIONS RECORDABLE TO VHS, CD AND DVD. Sessions can also be available by remote web access for 30 days.
• HIGH SPEED INTERNET HOOKUPS (hard-wired and wireless) AND PRIVATE TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR ALL OBSERVERS while they are in our facility for your research
• WIRELESS HEADSETS to allow observers to block out any surrounding observation room conversations, and to roam around the facility while still listening to group sessions.

OTHER FACILITY AMENITIES

• COMFORTABLE CLIENT LOUNGES equipped with e-mail / personal use computers, upholstered seating, recliners, 54” TVs to watch satellite programming - or to continue to watch your research.
• PRIVATE CLIENT OFFICE.
• SEPARATE RECRUITING FACILITY AND PARTICIPANT SIGN - IN / WAITING AREA across the building's common hallway from the facility research areas.
